Booking Fee: 35% of the total service cost. Your appointment is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and confirmed.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid immediately before or after the service has been rendered. Payment must be confirmed before the client leaves or before the completed hair/wig is released.

No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable. Rescheduling, appointment swaps, or changes to an existing booking are considered cancellations.

Cancellation Fee: 100% of the booking fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may affect future bookings.

Service Preparation Notice:
• Wig revamps, coloring, customization, and pre-styling services require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Wigs scheduled for installation must be delivered at least 24 hours before the appointment date for proper preparation and styling.
• Hair or wigs submitted without the required deposit will not be worked on until payment has been received and confirmed.

Lateness Policy:
• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
• Arriving 20–30 minutes late may result in additional charges or appointment rescheduling.
• A lateness fee of 10% of the final service cost may be applied.
• Excessive delays that disrupt scheduled appointments may attract additional charges.

Storage Fee:
Once your wig or hair is ready, prompt pickup is required. Any item left beyond the agreed collection period will incur a storage fee.
